Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations I offer a 24-hour "no-questions-asked" cancellation window. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, I will issue a full refund immediately. After this 24-hour period, timber selection and workshop preparation begin, and I can no longer accept cancellations.

Returns & "Change of Heart" At SAMP Woodworks, every piece is handcrafted to order. Because these items are built specifically for you, they fall under the "Bespoke" category of UK consumer law. Therefore, I do not accept returns or exchanges for a "change of heart," "buyer's remorse," or because the piece does not fit your space. Please double-check all dimensions before ordering.

Faulty or Damaged Goods I take immense pride in my joinery. If your item arrives with a structural defect or has been damaged in transit, please contact me at [Insert Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery. You must include photos of the damage and the original packaging.

The Inspection & Repair Process To ensure the quality of a repair or replacement, the original item must be returned to my workshop for inspection before a replacement is dispatched or a refund is processed.

  • Return Labels: If a fault is verified via your photos, I will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.

  • Postage Only: My liability for return costs is strictly limited to the postage. I do not reimburse for "time," "travel to the drop-off point," "packaging materials," or "inconvenience."

  • Risk: The item remains your responsibility until it reaches my workshop. Please ensure it is packed securely in its original packaging.

Natural Variations Wood is a living material. Natural knots, grain patterns, and slight color variations are what define my work and are not considered faults. Every piece is unique and "Defined by the Natural Grain."
