OVERVIEW Welcome to SAMP Woodworks. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SAMP Woodworks. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - THE CRAFT (PRODUCT ACCURACY) We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, as we work with solid timber, you acknowledge that wood is a natural material. Grain patterns, knots, and slight color variations are inherent to the material and are not considered defects. Your piece is unique and "Defined by the Natural Grain." We do not warrant that the texture or appearance of the wood will exactly match the images on your screen.

SECTION 2 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

Cancellations: In accordance with our Refund Policy, we offer a strict 24-hour grace period for cancellations. Once this window has passed, timber selection and production begin, and we can no longer accommodate cancellation requests.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

SECTION 3 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of a product. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we hand-pack every item to ensure its safety, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you; however, we will assist with transit damage claims as outlined in our Refund Policy.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and the design of our handcrafted products, is the property of SAMP Woodworks and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

SECTION 6 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY SAMP Woodworks is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is a platform provider and is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and SAMP Woodworks, including any injury or loss resulting from purchased products.

SECTION 7 - PROHIBITED USES In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon our intellectual property; (c) to harvest data or use AI/automated "Agents" to scrape our designs or content; (d) to transmit viruses or malicious code. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of these prohibited uses.

SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent provided by law, SAMP Woodworks shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect damages of any kind—including lost profits or replacement costs—arising from your use of any of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by English law.

SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
