Free UK Shipping We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the UK Mainland. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay.

Fast Handcrafted Turnaround Unlike many bespoke workshops, we pride ourselves on speed.

• Lead Time: Every item is handcrafted to order and typically ready for dispatch within 2–4 working days.

• Dispatch: Once your piece has passed its final quality check and the finish is dry, it is packed and shipped immediately from our Reading workshop.

Our Trusted Carriers We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce to ensure your order is handled by the right specialists.

• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.

• Tracking: You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves the workshop.

Damages in Transit We hand-pack every item with care. If your item arrives damaged:

• Please notify us at sampwoodworks@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging.

• Important: In line with our Refund Policy, the original item must be returned for inspection before a replacement is sent. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to use at a Royal Mail or Post Office drop-off point.

International Shipping Currently, we only ship within the UK.
